Delivery
We ship throughout the UK. All of our post will be delivered through Royal Mail and will be shipped 2nd class. The prices will vary depending upon the order:
- UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days):
- Orders up to £30 – £3.95.
- Orders over £30 – £5.50.
- Orders for wax melts up to £30 – £2.00.
- FREE Delivery on orders over £100.
- Free Store Collection – The Fairwick Candle Company, 6 Victoria Road, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 0PU (Situated inside Anon Lingerie).
- For Made To Order products please allow 14 days for delivery.
In stock items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Custom made items may take up to 2 weeks however this will be discussed with you prior to postage, upon receipt of your order. We are here to help you, so if you require an item urgently, please contact us during opening hours by email on fairwickcandleco@gmail.com
We will not be held responsible for any items which go missing after being posted, if this were to occur the customer should take the case up with royal mail.
We will retain proof of postage for every item posted.
If you would prefer your parcel to be tracked, then please contact us prior to placing your order and we will happily change your postage option, the price will change accordingly.
Please ensure that you enter your address accurately. We are not liable for any parcels being delivered incorrectly. If misaddressed parcels are returned to us, you will be liable to pay extra postage to get it resent to the correct address.
Returns & Exchanges
The Fairwick promise
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Whether you have ordered online or in store, it is very important to us that you love your candle.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your candle then please contact us within 1 week of receiving your goods for further specialist advice.
If after receiving our advice, you wish to exchange or return your goods, please refer to our related policies.
Here at Fairwick we pride ourselves in the quality of our handmade products. We always want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any doubts, please contact us by email at fairwickcandleco@gmail.com for further support and information. We endeavour to reply within 48 hours.
Exchange and returns policy
Please ensure that your items are returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging. We will only accept returns on damaged or faulty items.
When returning your goods, please mark the package as clearly as possible “returned goods”, not forgetting to pay your return postage and enclose your order reference number inside the box.
The address your parcel needs to be returned to is: The Fairwick Candle Company, 6 Victoria Road, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 0PU. Please ensure that all parcels are sealed properly and retain your proof of postage.
If your item is deemed to be faulty then there will be no extra postage charge to have your replacement item delivered to you. We will hold the new stock for you, until we receive and process your returned items. We will then confirm your delivery address and ship your new item out to you.
If you purchased your items in store and you would like to return or exchange your items in the same way then you are more than welcome to do so. Please call into the boutique with your items and receipt or order reference number within 14 days of purchase.
